Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September 2019 Christies in Shanghai held the auction FIRST OPEN | Shanghai: Living With Art, which included the work An Almond-Shaped Vase by Gao Zhenyu. The »bidding war« ended at CNY 180,000.00 (€ 23,092.16), 20% above the upper estimate. Other works by Gao Zhenyu have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of CNY 264,000.00 (€ 33,589.44) in September 2017 for the work A 'Warring States' Embossed Yixing Clay Teapot.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September 2019 führte Christies in Shanghai die Auktion FIRST OPEN | Shanghai: Living With Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit An Almond-Shaped Vase von Gao Zhenyu zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von CNY 180.000,00 (€ 23.092,16) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Gao Zhenyu haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von CNY 264.000,00 (€ 33.589,44) im September 2017 für die Arbeit A 'Warring States' Embossed Yixing Clay Teapot beobachtet.
