Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art, which included the work Untitled (Blue Nude) by G. R. Iranna. The price achieved of GBP 5,040.00 (€ 5,971.04) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by G. R. Iranna have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2021 the work without title was auctioned for GBP 5,670.00 (€ 6,717.42).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (Blue Nude) von G. R. Iranna zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.040,00 (€ 5.971,04) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von G. R. Iranna konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2021 die Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 5.670,00 (€ 6.717,42) versteigert.
