Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work PROSPEROUS MOUNTAINS AND RUNNING RIVERS by Fung Yat-Fung was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2017. It achieved a price of HKD 106,250.00 (€ 12,132.32), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Fung Yat-Fung - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work SPARKLING PLUM BLOSSOMS, which sold at auction in May 2017 for HKD 250,000.00 (€ 28,546.64).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit PROSPEROUS MOUNTAINS AND RUNNING RIVERS von Fung Yat-Fung kam im Mai 2017 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 106.250,00 (€ 12.132,32) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 18%. Für andere Arbeiten von Fung Yat-Fung mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit SPARKLING PLUM BLOSSOMS beobachtet, die im Mai 2017 für HKD 250.000,00 (€ 28.546,64) versteigert wurde.
