Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2003 Christies in New York held the auction AN IMPORTANT COLLECTION OF JAPANESE PRINTS, which included the work Igirisujin no zu (Picture of English people) by Fukuyama Yoshitoyo. Here, the upper estimate of USD 3,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 3,585.00 (€ 3,288.99). Other works by Fukuyama Yoshitoyo have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 4,780.00 (€ 4,385.32) in March 2003 for the work Amerikajin kodomo choai no zu (Picture of a beloved American child).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März 2003 führte Christies in New York die Auktion AN IMPORTANT COLLECTION OF JAPANESE PRINTS durch, in der auch die Arbeit Igirisujin no zu (Picture of English people) von Fukuyama Yoshitoyo zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 3.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 3.585,00 (€ 3.288,99) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Fukuyama Yoshitoyo haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 4.780,00 (€ 4.385,32) im März 2003 für die Arbeit Amerikajin kodomo choai no zu (Picture of a beloved American child) beobachtet.
