Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Fritz Burmann could be acquired at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2004 for an unexpectedly low price. In the PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS auction, the work Girl on the beach changed hands for EUR 657.25 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fritz Burmann achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Frau Biene Aus Worpswede, 87 Jahre Alt (Mrs Biene From Worpswede, 87 Years Old) in June 2018 with an auction result of GBP 60,000.00 (€ 67,810.23).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Fritz Burmann konnte im Juni 2004 bei Christies in Amsterdam für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fritz Burmann erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Frau Biene Aus Worpswede, 87 Jahre Alt (Mrs Biene From Worpswede, 87 Years Old) im Juni 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 60.000,00 (€ 67.810,23).
