A top price for Friedrich Stahl
In December 2000 Christies in London held the auction IMPRESSIONIST AND 19TH CENTURY ART, which included the work Adam and Eve by Friedrich Stahl. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 8,812.50 (€ 14,038.23), 26% above the upper estimate. With this result, Adam and Eve is even the most expensive work of art by Friedrich Stahl that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Friedrich Stahl
Im Dezember 2000 führte Christies in London die Auktion IMPRESSIONIST AND 19TH CENTURY ART durch, in der auch die Arbeit Adam and Eve von Friedrich Stahl zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 8.812,50 (€ 14.038,23) und damit 26% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Adam and Eve sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Friedrich Stahl, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
