In the American Art Online auction, the work Pan of Rohallion sold for USD 27,500.00 (€ 23,564.70) - well above the upper estimate of USD 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frederick William MacMonnies achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nathan Hale in May 2017 with an auction result of USD 271,500.00 (€ 241,634.03).
