The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of AUD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00, the actual price achieved of AUD 5,040.00 (€ 3,013.80) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Australian Bouquet With A Rose is the most expensive artwork by Frederick Jessup that we have observed at auctions so far.
