In June 2001 Christies in London held the auction British Art on Paper, which included the work In The Garden by Frederick Hamilton Jackson. The price achieved of GBP 2,350.00 (€ 3,903.82) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Other works by Frederick Hamilton Jackson have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2004 the work A Religious Ceremony was auctioned for AUD 9,560.00 (€ 5,585.60).
