Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2013 Christies in London held the auction Important Victorian & British Impressionist Art, which included the work Horses watering by Frederick Hall. It changed hands for a price of GBP 18,750.00 (€ 21,425.14) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Other works by Frederick Hall have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2012 the work Old Mother Hubbard was auctioned for GBP 25,000.00 (€ 31,148.90).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2013 führte Christies in London die Auktion Important Victorian & British Impressionist Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Horses watering von Frederick Hall zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 18.750,00 (€ 21.425,14) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Frederick Hall konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2012 die Arbeit Old Mother Hubbard für GBP 25.000,00 (€ 31.148,90) versteigert.
