Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Tender Moments by Frederick Arthur Bridgman was sold in the The Orientalist Sale auction at Sothebys in London in October 2021. It changed hands for a price of GBP 75,600.00 (€ 89,565.58) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frederick Arthur Bridgman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Cérémonie Des Aïssaoui À Blida En Algérie in June 2013 with an auction result of EUR 901,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Tender Moments von Frederick Arthur Bridgman wurde im Oktober 2021 in der Auktion The Orientalist Sale bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 75.600,00 (€ 89.565,58) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Frederick Arthur Bridgman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Cérémonie Des Aïssaoui À Blida En Algérie im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 901.500,00.
