However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Franz Wolfgang Rohrich - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait of a lady and her son, traditionally identified as Sibylle of Cleves (1512-1554) and one of her sons: the lady, three-quarter-length, in a gold-embroidered dress and a jeweled hat, and the son, half-length, in an ermine-trimmed red coat and, which sold at auction in October 2014 for GBP 25,000.00 (€ 31,
