In September 2006 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings, which included the work Anjers: pink and white carnations by Frans David Oerder. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 3,360.00 68% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Frans David Oerder have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A still life with pink flowers in September 2010 with an auction result of EUR 20,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 68 % übertroffen
Im September 2006 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Anjers: pink and white carnations von Frans David Oerder zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 3.360,00 und damit 68% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Frans David Oerder auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A still life with pink flowers im September 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 20.000,00.
