Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Country Home by Frank Swift Chase was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in July 2019. It achieved a price of USD 1,750.00 (€ 1,572.33), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frank Swift Chase achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spring Blossom in April last year with an auction result of USD 22,950.00 (€ 21,780.39).
