It achieved a price of GBP 411.25 (€ 671.93), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Frank Reynolds - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Missing the 8.30: Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, which sold at auction in December 2000 for GBP 1,410.00 (€ 2,246.12).
