In March 2020 Sothebys in New York held the auction American Art Online, which included the work Bushkill - A Pond In Summer by Frank Earle Schoonover. The »bidding war« ended at USD 10,625.00 (€ 9,633.69), 52% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frank Earle Schoonover achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work As the Canoe Swept By in May last year with an auction result of USD 441,000.00 (€ 410,958.90).

Im März 2020 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion American Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bushkill - A Pond In Summer von Frank Earle Schoonover zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 10.625,00 (€ 9.633,69) und damit 52% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Frank Earle Schoonover erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit As the Canoe Swept By im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 441.000,00 (€ 410.958,90).
