Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of GBP 776.75 (€ 1,116.23) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by François Joseph Juste Sieurac - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Unknown, which sold at auction in November 2009 for GBP 3,250.00 (€ 3,556.71).

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 776,75 (€ 1.116,23) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 600,00 – 800,00. Für andere Arbeiten von François Joseph Juste Sieurac mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Unknown beobachtet, die im November 2009 für GBP 3.250,00 (€ 3.556,71) versteigert wurde.
