Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Unloading at low tide by François Etienne Musin was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in October 2008. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 9,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 9,250.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by François Etienne Musin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Belgian hms Resolute In Search Of Sir John Franklin in December 2018 with an auction result of GBP 100,000.00 (€ 111,408.87).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Unloading at low tide von François Etienne Musin kam im Oktober 2008 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 9.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 9.250,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von François Etienne Musin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Belgian hms Resolute In Search Of Sir John Franklin im Dezember 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 100.000,00 (€ 111.408,87).
