In June 2020 Sothebys in Paris held the auction Important Design, which included the work Punaises Et Ginkgo Bowl Coupe Punaises Et Gingko by François-Émile Décorchemont. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 10,625.00 52% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by François-Émile Décorchemont; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Vitrail 'Fruits', 1932 sold at auction in November 2006 with the realized price of EUR 14,400.00.

Im Juni 2020 führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion Important Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit Punaises Et Ginkgo Bowl Coupe Punaises Et Gingko von François-Émile Décorchemont zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 10.625,00 und damit 52% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von François-Émile Décorchemont; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Vitrail 'Fruits', 1932 im November 2006 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 14.400,00.
