Sold at the upper estimate price
The work A Sculptor In His Studio (Possibly André Segla) by François-André Vincent was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in January 2015. The auction ended at the price of USD 15,000.00 (€ 13,286.09), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by François-André Vincent achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Zeuxis Choosing His Models For The Image Of Helen From Among The Girls Of Croton in June 2007 with an auction result of USD 734,400.00 (€ 543,195.27).
Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Zeuxis Choosing His Models For The Image Of Helen From Among The Girls Of Croton im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 734.400,00 (€ 543.195,27).
