In June 2019 Il Ponte held the auction Fotografia, which included the work Dentro l'immagine 1974 by Franco Guerzoni. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,500.00 67% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Franco Guerzoni - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Motivi vaganti, which sold at auction in June 2017 for EUR 10,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 67 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2019 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Fotografia durch, in der auch die Arbeit Dentro l'immagine 1974 von Franco Guerzoni zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.500,00 und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Franco Guerzoni mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Motivi vaganti beobachtet, die im Juni 2017 für EUR 10.000,00 versteigert wurde.
