The work Spaces #5 by Francisca Sutil was sold in the Latin American Sale auction at Christies in New York in November 2012. The »bidding war« ended at USD 32,500.00 (€ 24,980.78), 48% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Francisca Sutil - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ieve, which sold at auction in November 2007 for USD 79,000.00 (€ 53,785.40).

Die Arbeit Spaces #5 von Francisca Sutil wurde im November 2012 in der Auktion Latin American Sale bei Christies in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 32.500,00 (€ 24.980,78) und damit 48% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Francisca Sutil mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Ieve beobachtet, die im November 2007 für USD 79.000,00 (€ 53.785,40) versteigert wurde.
