Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 43.750,00 (€ 59.410,40) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Francesco Solimena auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Finding Of Moses im Januar 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 825.000,00 (€ 555.892,46).
