Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Adorazione Dei Pastori by Francesco Curradi was sold in the Old Master Paintings, 19th C Paintings, Furniture and Works of Art auction at Sothebys in Milan in December 2009. The price achieved of EUR 12,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Francesco Curradi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bathsheba at her bath in April 2015 with an auction result of GBP 56,250.00 (€ 77,244.22).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Adorazione Dei Pastori von Francesco Curradi wurde im Dezember 2009 in der Auktion Old Master Paintings, 19th C Paintings, Furniture and Works of Art bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 12.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Francesco Curradi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bathsheba at her bath im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 56.250,00 (€ 77.244,22).
