Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2010 Sothebys in Amsterdam held the auction Global Contemporary, Rijksakademie, which included the work Dutch happy Child by Fons Haagmans. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 7,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 7,200.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Fons Haagmans - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Abstract Schilderij Vi, which sold at auction in April 2011 for EUR 15,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2010 führte Sothebys in Amsterdam die Auktion Global Contemporary, Rijksakademie durch, in der auch die Arbeit Dutch happy Child von Fons Haagmans zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 7.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 7.200,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Fons Haagmans mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Abstract Schilderij Vi beobachtet, die im April 2011 für EUR 15.000,00 versteigert wurde.
