Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 6,930.00 (€ 5,998.96) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Filippo Vitale have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lot And His Daughters in December 2007 with an auction result of GBP 23,300.00 (€ 31,660.75).
