This artwork by Filippo de Pisis achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in November last year. In the Arte moderna e contemporanea auction, the work Il giardino del Louvre sold for EUR 28,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Filippo de Pisis have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ponte sulla Senna in May 2001 with an auction result of ITL 196,000,000.00 (€ 185,452.40).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 87 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Filippo de Pisis erzielte im November letzten Jahres bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Arte moderna e contemporanea wurde die Arbeit Il giardino del Louvre für EUR 28.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Filippo de Pisis auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ponte sulla Senna im Mai 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 196.000.000,00 (€ 185.452,40).
