Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2002 Christies in Milan held the auction ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA, which included the work Frammento della vita gaia by Ferruccio Ferrazzi. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 12,000.00 – 20,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 13,640.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Ferruccio Ferrazzi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Il Tevere da Via Ripetta in May 2002 with an auction result of EUR 64,480.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2002 führte Christies in Mailand die Auktion ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA durch, in der auch die Arbeit Frammento della vita gaia von Ferruccio Ferrazzi zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 12.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 13.640,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ferruccio Ferrazzi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Il Tevere da Via Ripetta im Mai 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 64.480,00.
