Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sans Titre by Fernand Dubuis was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in December 2021. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 600.00 – 800.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 650.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Fernand Dubuis have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sans Titre in March 2020 with an auction result of EUR 4,550.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sans Titre von Fernand Dubuis kam im Dezember 2021 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 650,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Fernand Dubuis auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sans Titre im März 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 4.550,00.
