This work of art by Feodor Zakharov could be acquired at Christies in London in November 2007 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Important Russian Pictures auction, the work Football changed hands for GBP 36,500.00 (€ 51,109.44) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Despite this disappointing result, Football is the most expensive artwork by Feodor Zakharov that we have observed at auction so far.
