A top price for Feng Qingguo - as previously expected
The work Tibetan Herding by Feng Qingguo was auctioned at Christies in New York in July 2020. The price achieved of USD 2,000.00 (€ 1,698.66) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,000.00 – 3,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Tibetan Herding is the most expensive artwork by Feng Qingguo that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Tibetan Herding von Feng Qingguo kam im Juli 2020 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 2.000,00 (€ 1.698,66) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 1.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Tibetan Herding das teuerste Kunstwerk von Feng Qingguo, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
