The work Poem In Cursive Script by Feng Fang was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2018. The result of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 11,260.15) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Feng Fang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Calligraphy In Running Script in September 2016 with an auction result of USD 187,500.00 (€ 166,844.63).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Poem In Cursive Script von Feng Fang kam im Oktober 2018 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 11.260,15) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Feng Fang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Calligraphy In Running Script im September 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 187.500,00 (€ 166.844,63).
