The work Winfield House by Felix Kelly was sold in the Modern/British & Irish Art auction at Christies in London in November 2018. The auction ended at the price of GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,691.95), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Felix Kelly achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Brighton in July 2013 with an auction result of GBP 22,500.00 (€ 25,710.17).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Winfield House von Felix Kelly wurde im November 2018 in der Auktion Modern/British & Irish Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 1.500,00 (€ 1.691,95) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Felix Kelly erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Brighton im Juli 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 22.500,00 (€ 25.710,17).
