Auction result well in line with expectations
The work West Africa by Felix Kelly was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2018. The price achieved of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 3,383.91) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Admittedly, works by Felix Kelly have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Brighton in July 2013 with an auction result of GBP 22,500.00 (€ 25,710.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit West Africa von Felix Kelly kam im November 2018 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 3.383,91) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Felix Kelly auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Brighton im Juli 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 22.500,00 (€ 25.710,17).
