This artwork by Felix Kelly achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in March 2018. In the Modern | British & Irish Art auction, the work Country Church sold for GBP 10,625.00 (€ 12,097.15) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Felix Kelly - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Brighton, which sold at auction in July 2013 for GBP 22,500.00 (€ 25,710.17).

In der Auktion Modern | British & Irish Art wurde die Arbeit Country Church für GBP 10.625,00 (€ 12.097,15) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 6.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Felix Kelly mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Brighton beobachtet, die im Juli 2013 für GBP 22.500,00 (€ 25.710,17) versteigert wurde.
