In November 2012 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art, which included the work Le filet by Félix Elie Tobeen. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 41,800.00 67% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Félix Elie Tobeen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Pelotaris in February 2013 with an auction result of GBP 373,250.00 (€ 433,551.04).

Im November 2012 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le filet von Félix Elie Tobeen zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 41.800,00 und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Félix Elie Tobeen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Pelotaris im Februar 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 373.250,00 (€ 433.551,04).
