The work Elegant figures on the beach; and On the beach at low tide by Felice Auguste Rezia was sold in the AT HOME - BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES AND WORKS OF ART auction at Christies in London in March 2004. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 717.00 (€ 1,073.28), 20% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Felice Auguste Rezia have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The market before the grand clock, Rouen; and Another similar of a bustling market town in September 2006 with an auction result of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 4,425.63).

Die Arbeit Elegant figures on the beach; and On the beach at low tide von Felice Auguste Rezia wurde im März 2004 in der Auktion AT HOME - BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES AND WORKS OF ART bei Christies in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 717,00 (€ 1.073,28) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Felice Auguste Rezia auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The market before the grand clock, Rouen; and Another similar of a bustling market town im September 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 4.425,63).
