Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 468.00 (€ 685.10) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 400.00 – 600.00. Admittedly, works by Felice Auguste Rezia have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The market before the grand clock, Rouen; and Another similar of a bustling market town in September 2006 with an auction result of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 4,425.63).
