Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Nu Sur Un Fauteuil by Felice Casorati was sold in the Collection Particulière Italienne : De Giovanni Fattori à Giorgio de Chirico auction at Sothebys in Paris in April 2019. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 30,000.00 – 50,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 31,250.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Felice Casorati achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lo studio in November 2008 with an auction result of EUR 605,600.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Nu Sur Un Fauteuil von Felice Casorati wurde im April 2019 in der Auktion Collection Particulière Italienne : De Giovanni Fattori à Giorgio de Chirico bei Sothebys in Paris versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 31.250,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Felice Casorati erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lo studio im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 605.600,00.
