Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2005 Christies in London held the auction OLD MASTER PICTURES, which included the work A Falconer And His Falcon, A Duck With Wheat In Its Beak, A Sleeping Boy And Dead Game In A Landscape by Felice Boselli. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 7,000.00 – 10,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 7,200.00 (€ 10,443.53) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Felice Boselli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Two turkeys and other dead birds on a rocky bank; and Fish, a seashell, a crayfish, a lobster and onions on a rocky bank in April 2001 with an auction result of GBP 29,375.00 (€ 47,356.18).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2005 führte Christies in London die Auktion OLD MASTER PICTURES durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Falconer And His Falcon, A Duck With Wheat In Its Beak, A Sleeping Boy And Dead Game In A Landscape von Felice Boselli zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 7.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 7.200,00 (€ 10.443,53) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Felice Boselli auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Two turkeys and other dead birds on a rocky bank; and Fish, a seashell, a crayfish, a lobster and onions on a rocky bank im April 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 29.375,00 (€ 47.356,18).
