Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2001 Christies in London held the auction BRITISH & CONTINENTAL PICTURES, which included the work A figure by a waterfall with mountains beyond by Felice Auguste Rezia. The price achieved of GBP 141.00 (€ 236.39) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 25.00 – 200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Felice Auguste Rezia achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The market before the grand clock, Rouen; and Another similar of a bustling market town in September 2006 with an auction result of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 4,425.63).

Im Mai 2001 führte Christies in London die Auktion BRITISH & CONTINENTAL PICTURES durch, in der auch die Arbeit A figure by a waterfall with mountains beyond von Felice Auguste Rezia zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 141,00 (€ 236,39) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 25,00 – 200,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Felice Auguste Rezia erzielen.
