Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2021 Bonhams in London held the auction British and European Art, which included the work Portrait of an elegant lady in a landscape wearing a blue dress and a ruby ring unframed by Federico Beltrán Massés. The price achieved of GBP 3,825.00 (€ 4,493.39) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Federico Beltrán Massés achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Alegoría De Carmen (Allegory Of Carmen) in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 132,500.00 (€ 185,534.28).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2021 führte Bonhams in London die Auktion British and European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portrait of an elegant lady in a landscape wearing a blue dress and a ruby ring unframed von Federico Beltrán Massés zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.825,00 (€ 4.493,39) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Federico Beltrán Massés erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Alegoría De Carmen (Allegory Of Carmen) im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 132.500,00 (€ 185.534,28).
