Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Fedele Fischetti could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in October 2020 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Master Paintings auction, the work The Triumph Of Lamba Doria changed hands for USD 27,720.00 (€ 23,800.12) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Admittedly, works by Fedele Fischetti have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La toilette de Psyché in June 2008 with an auction result of EUR 216,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Fedele Fischetti konnte im Oktober 2020 bei Sothebys in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Master Paintings wechselte die Arbeit The Triumph Of Lamba Doria für USD 27.720,00 (€ 23.800,12) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Fedele Fischetti auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La toilette de Psyché im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 216.500,00.
