It achieved a price of EUR 2,356.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 57 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fedele Fischetti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La toilette de Psyché in June 2008 with an auction result of EUR 216,500.00.

Die Arbeit Ritratto di dama, a tre quarti di figura, sotto un tendaggio sorretto da un putto von Fedele Fischetti kam im Dezember 2002 bei Christies in Rom zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 2.356,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 57 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fedele Fischetti erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La toilette de Psyché im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 216.500,00.
