The work Spiaggia Affollata by Fausto Pirandello was auctioned at Christies in Milan in April 2018. It achieved a price of EUR 199,500.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 66 %. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Fausto Pirandello; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Bagnanti sold at auction in November last year with the realized price of EUR 240,000.00.

Die Arbeit Spiaggia Affollata von Fausto Pirandello kam im April 2018 bei Christies in Mailand zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 199.500,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 66 %. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Fausto Pirandello; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Bagnanti im November letzten Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 240.000,00.
