Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2013 Christies in London held the auction 19th Century European Art, which included the work At The Gare Saint Lazare Towards The End Of The Day by Fausto Giusto. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,376.92) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Fausto Giusto - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Place De La Concorde, Paris, which sold at auction in January 2016 for GBP 8,750.00 (€ 11,457.72).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2013 führte Christies in London die Auktion 19th Century European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit At The Gare Saint Lazare Towards The End Of The Day von Fausto Giusto zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.376,92) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Fausto Giusto mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Place De La Concorde, Paris beobachtet, die im Januar 2016 für GBP 8.750,00 (€ 11.457,72) versteigert wurde.
