A top price for Farzad Kohan - as previously expected
In April 2013 Christies in Dubai held the auction Modern and Contemporary Arab,Iranian and Turkish Art Part II, which included the work You Are The Sun by Farzad Kohan. The auction ended at the price of USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,391.25), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, You Are The Sun is the most expensive artwork by Farzad Kohan that we have observed at auctions so far.
