This work without title by Fahrelnissa Zeid was auctioned at Bonhams in London in May this year. It achieved a price of GBP 6,144.00 (€ 7,148.58), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 54%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fahrelnissa Zeid achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Break Of The Atom And Vegetal Life in October 2013 with an auction result of USD 2,741,000.00 (€ 2,016,330.73).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Fahrelnissa Zeid kam im Mai diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 6.144,00 (€ 7.148,58) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 54%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fahrelnissa Zeid erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Break Of The Atom And Vegetal Life im Oktober 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 2.741.000,00 (€ 2.016.330,73).
