In December 2019 Phillips in London held the auction New Now, which included the work Yeux by Fabrice Hyber. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,727.53), 33% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fabrice Hyber achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Peinture Homéopathique, No.18Acrylic, Charcoal, Resin, Photographs And Paper Collage On Canvas. in September 2012 with an auction result of EUR 70,350.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 33 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2019 führte Phillips in London die Auktion New Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit Yeux von Fabrice Hyber zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 4.000,00 (€ 4.727,53) und damit 33% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fabrice Hyber erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Peinture Homéopathique, No.18Acrylic, Charcoal, Resin, Photographs And Paper Collage On Canvas. im September 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 70.350,00.
