This artwork by Fabio Mauri achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Milan in May 2010. In the Modern and Contemporary Art auction, the work The end sold for EUR 19,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Fabio Mauri have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Schermo Imbottito Medio (Ii Generazione) "Una Tasca Di Cinema" in October 2016 with an auction result of GBP 125,000.00 (€ 139,253.79).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Fabio Mauri erzielte im Mai 2010 bei Christies in Mailand einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit The end für EUR 19.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 10.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Fabio Mauri auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Schermo Imbottito Medio (Ii Generazione) "Una Tasca Di Cinema" im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 125.000,00 (€ 139.253,79).
